Avelo Airlines Resumes Orlando-Wisconsin Flights with Updated Schedule Avelo Airlines will resume flights between Wisconsin and Orlando this summer, operating two weekly services starting in early June after a brief hiatus from late April. The Union movement at Delta is making some traction. On March 26, 2024, over 16,000 Delta Air Lines employees nationwide rallied in support of Congress's call for the airline's management to remain neutral during staff unionization efforts. Despite lawmaker and employee appeals, Delta's responses to this demand have fallen short. The neutrality during unionization is crucial for ensuring unbiased decision-making among employees, free from upper-level management influence, particularly from CEO Ed Bastian. With Bastian and Delta's c-suite failing to commit to complete neutrality, employees seek further action from Congress, emphasizing the importance of a fair voting process regarding unionization. This call for neutrality stems from concerns about Delta's history of union-related issues, including alleged union-busting tactics. Lawmakers and employees alike advocate for Delta's agreement to refrain from anti-union activities, allowing the decision to unionize to rest solely with the employees.
When Disney is crowded, what do you do? Disney World is experiencing a surge in crowds, making it challenging to navigate the parks smoothly. To combat the masses, visitors can adopt various strategies. Arriving early for "rope drop" and taking advantage of extended evening hours are key tactics. Checking wait times at different parks and opting for less crowded ones, considering VIP tours for a premium experience, enjoying leisurely meals, and engaging in activities like hunting for Hidden Mickeys or fishing provide respite from the crowds. Exploring Disney Springs, embarking on outdoor activities at Fort Wilderness Resort, revisiting overlooked attractions, or touring classic Disney hits are alternative ways to enjoy the park. Lastly, avoiding peak hours and embracing unconventional plans can salvage the Disney experience amidst bustling crowds.
